These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you and Intracia Technologies Pvt. Ltd. ("Intracia," "we," "us") governing your access to and use of our website and booking platform. By creating an account, making a reservation, or otherwise using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Intracia, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms, along with our Privacy Policy, Return Policy, and Cancellation Policy, each incorporated here by reference. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Eligibility to Rent

• You must be at least 21 years old to rent a vehicle through Intracia (25 for certain premium or luxury vehicle classes, at the provider's discretion).
• You must hold a valid, unexpired driver's license and present it at the time of pick-up.
• You must provide a valid credit card in the renter's name for the security deposit, unless the provider's policy states otherwise.
• Providers may apply a young-driver surcharge for renters under 25, disclosed prior to booking.

3. Bookings & Pricing

Intracia displays real-time availability and pricing from participating rental providers. Prices shown at the time of booking include the base rental rate and any mandatory fees disclosed on the checkout page; optional add-ons (GPS, child seats, additional drivers, protection plans) are priced separately and may be added during booking.

Vehicle images are representative of the class booked; the exact make, model, and color are not guaranteed unless explicitly stated.

4. Payment Terms

• A valid payment method is required to confirm your reservation. Some bookings may require full or partial pre-payment.
• A refundable security deposit may be held on your card at pick-up and released after the vehicle is returned in its original condition.
• Additional charges — such as fuel shortfalls, tolls, traffic violations, late returns, or excess mileage — may be billed to the card on file after the rental period ends, in accordance with the provider's rate schedule disclosed at booking.

5. Renter Responsibilities

• Operate the vehicle in compliance with all applicable traffic laws and the rental agreement provided by the pick-up location.
• Return the vehicle at the agreed time, location, and fuel level to avoid late or refueling fees.
• Report any accident, mechanical issue, or damage to the provider and to Intracia support as soon as reasonably possible.
• Not permit any unauthorized person to drive the rental vehicle.

6. Insurance & Liability

Rental providers offer optional protection plans (such as a collision damage waiver and personal accident coverage) at the time of booking or pick-up. You are responsible for understanding what your personal auto insurance policy or credit card benefits already cover before declining or purchasing additional coverage. Intracia is not an insurer and does not underwrite any protection plan offered by a provider.

7. Role of Rental Providers

Intracia operates as a booking platform connecting renters with independent, third-party car rental providers. The rental agreement for the vehicle itself is between you and the provider fulfilling your booking. Intracia is not the owner or operator of rental vehicles and is not a party to that rental agreement, though we facilitate the booking, payment, and customer support experience.

8. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use a rental vehicle booked through Intracia for any illegal purpose, for towing, for racing, off-road use outside a paved surface, or to transport passengers or goods for hire unless explicitly permitted by the provider. Violation of this section may result in forfeiture of your deposit and immediate termination of the rental.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the Intracia website — including text, graphics, logos, and software — is owned by or licensed to Intracia and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from this content without our prior written consent.

10. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

Intracia's services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Intracia is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of a rental vehicle or the booking platform, including delays, vehicle unavailability, or acts of third-party providers.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to Intracia's services at our discretion if we believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or misused a rental vehicle booked through our platform.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Intracia's principal place of business is located, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

13. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Intracia's services after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
